Diy carpet cleaning seems to be a good idea after seeing all the adverts around offering hiring professional carpet cleaning machines at low prices and guarantying great results. The reality is different, after bringing a machine home and spending hours of emptying and filling it up you are expecting the amazing results when you finish but the you probably won’t see it. Even if you will end up with satisfying results after cleaning your carpets and upholstery you will more likely be experiencing rapid re-soiling. It will happen to your carpets and upholstery as this machines will leave sticky detergent’s residue behind.
Our effective, yet gentle area rug cleaning and drying process preserves the dye within the fibers of your rug, leaving the colors in your rug vibrant and fresh. It wouldn’t make sense to clean your carpet or area rug only to have it come out in the end looking even worse than when you started. At Mountainview Chem-Dry, we understand this, and we do everything we can to make sure your area rug looks beautiful, vibrant and refreshed at the end of the cleaning process.
We met with Kurt from Janify Carpet Cleaning. He gave us realistic expectations of what could come up but everything came up better than expected. We were so thrilled not to have to replace our carpets. We've also scheduled a tile cleaning for our kitchen. We are happy to write this review and we will certainly recommend Janify Carpet Cleaning to our friends.

Pet odor results based on testing with the most common odor sources found in dog and cat urine. Pet urine bacteria results based on Chem-Dry's HCE cleaning process and a sanitizer, combined with P.U.R.T. All bacteria results include use of sanitizer. Whether your pet had an accident, the party got too wild, or your kids can’t control their juice boxes — we all need rug cleaning from time to time. In fact, even if you don’t have a spill or spot, it’s wise to have your area rug cleaned approximately once a year to keep the rug fibers in good health. In general, rug cleaning prices depend on the square footage of the rug, what the rug is made of, whether any repairs are needed, and whether you require the pro to travel to your location or provide pickup and drop-off services. Nationally, average area rug cleaning prices range from $80 to $120.

The most common types of rugs include wool, known for softness and durability; cotton, a durable and easy-to-clean material; natural fiber rugs, made of – you guessed it – natural fibers (like sisal), typically stylish and versatile; synthetic rugs, which are durable, affordable and great for indoor/outdoor areas; and silk rugs which are considered the most soft and luxurious, but are less durable.
It means that the carpets in Commercial buildings should be cleaned differently than in your home.  So, be careful who you call to do the cleaning of your commercial carpeting or carpet tiles. Traditional steam cleaning or hot water extraction should not be used to clean this type of carpet. The hot water and steam method of cleaning puts too much pressure and water into the carpet and can lead to delamination of your carpet or carpet tiles.  If this happens, your carpet could become loose, stretched out, or puckered. Loose carpet, or wrinkles in the carpet can cause a trip hazard in your facility, as well as the need for replacement much sooner than you may have expected. To prevent this, make sure you use a Carpet Cleaner that specializes in cleaning Commercial Carpets.
