Lots of people say it is just a carpet cleaning. I thought exactly the same before I started my business. I honestly can tell you it is not. You must have good knowledge of chemistry to do this job as there are so many different types of fibers which carpets and fabrics and made from.  Also there are so many different types of soiling which have to be treated with right product otherwise you will not be able to rinse it from carpet. There is no magic product which will remove everything. Just with wrong attempt on stain removal can set stain permanent.

The most common types of rugs include wool, known for softness and durability; cotton, a durable and easy-to-clean material; natural fiber rugs, made of – you guessed it – natural fibers (like sisal), typically stylish and versatile; synthetic rugs, which are durable, affordable and great for indoor/outdoor areas; and silk rugs which are considered the most soft and luxurious, but are less durable.
Heaven’s Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is an IICRC firm that specializes in both Residential and Commercial Carpet Cleaning. We are familiar with the difference between the two types of carpet and we know how to clean both. Our low-moisture, encapsulation method of cleaning offers the perfect technology for cleaning commercial Carpet or Carpet tiles.
A rug pad is a piece of material that goes underneath the rug between the rug and the floor, and is the same size as (or slightly smaller than) the rug. The rug pad acts as a buffer to deter rug-dye transfer to your hardwoods, prevent scratching, and add a nice little cushion for comfort. They are also really handy in keeping rugs from slipping and sliding. Do not buy a pad that is larger than the rug--that’s never a good look. Stick with the same size or slightly smaller to keep it hidden from view.
Diy carpet cleaning seems to be a good idea after seeing all the adverts around offering hiring professional carpet cleaning machines at low prices and guarantying great results. The reality is different, after bringing a machine home and spending hours of emptying and filling it up you are expecting the amazing results when you finish but the you probably won’t see it. Even if you will end up with satisfying results after cleaning your carpets and upholstery you will more likely be experiencing rapid re-soiling. It will happen to your carpets and upholstery as this machines will leave sticky detergent’s residue behind.
Several factors determine the cost of professional carpet cleaning, from the number of rooms in the home to additional carpeted areas to the products used to lift stains. The national average cost to steam clean a carpet ranges from $100 to $130. Most professional carpet cleaning companies’ rates are based on the number of rooms they clean, starting at an average base rate of $30 per room or $55 for two standard rooms and a hallway. Larger rooms may be charged as two rooms or incur a square footage fee. Carpet cleaners often charge by the step to clean a stairway as well as additional fees for closets and hallways; for example, some charge an average of $5 per step. Expect extra fees, starting at an average of $15 per stain, for lifting difficult food, pet or oil stains from carpets. Some carpet cleaning companies offer package deals to also clean furniture and throw rugs while in the home; a chair usually costs an average of $70 to be steam cleaned, and a couch costs an average of $100.

Our carpets had been cleaned twice previously by another company with very poor results, then I called Janify to inquire about how they were different. Their system was similar to the company I used in Illinois and I was hopeful the results would be as good. They were GREAT! Kurt was professional and courteous, the price was good, and the results were more than I could have hoped for! I would highly recommend using JANIFY to ANYONE and EVERYONE!!!

We met with Kurt from Janify Carpet Cleaning. He gave us realistic expectations of what could come up but everything came up better than expected. We were so thrilled not to have to replace our carpets. We've also scheduled a tile cleaning for our kitchen. We are happy to write this review and we will certainly recommend Janify Carpet Cleaning to our friends.
Janify is by far the best! I have been using Janify to clean the carpet in my personal & rental home and the results are outstanding! My carpet is over 10 years old, but looks new, thanks to Janify. Janify has also cleaned the carpets in multiple homes that I've listed for sale & rent...the results far surpass that of any other company that I've used in the past. Many clients stated that they'd have to replace carpet to sell/rent, but with Janify's superb cleaning, the carpets turned out great. I highly recommend Janify! A++++++++
