Call of Duty 3 is a World War II first-person shooter and the third installment in the Call of Duty video game series. Released on November 7, 2006, the game was developed by Treyarch, and was the first major installment in the Call of Duty series not to be developed by Infinity Ward. It was also the first not to be released on the PC platform. It was released on the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox, and Xbox 360. Call of Duty 3 follows the American, Canadian, British, and Polish armies as well as the French Resistance after D-Day in the Falaise Gap.
The player assumes the role of various characters during the single-player campaign, changing perspectives throughout the story. The playable characters are special forces operatives conducting black operations behind enemy lines. In this way, the player's characters have their own traits such as voices and shadows. Each mission features a series of objectives that are displayed on the heads-up display, which marks the direction and distance towards and from such objectives as it has been in the earlier versions. The player is accompanied by friendly troops throughout the game. Although primarily a first-person shooter, certain levels feature sequences where the player pilots a Hind helicopter and guides friendly troops from a SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft. The campaign features several scripted cinematic moments. One of them is a bullet time effect during the "Victor Charlie" level, activated when the player fires toward the last enemy of a Viet Cong squad.
War Mode was a real gem. I wrote at the time that it should become a staple in all future Call of Duty releases. And I like to imagine how much fun it would be had Treyarch included it in Black Ops 4. Imagine these multi-stage, objective-based Operations but playing out with Black Ops 4's various Specialists and their special abilities, plus the full gamut of modern arsenal. It'd be a match made in heaven, and certainly more fun and interesting than Blackout. Then again, I'd rather not have it replace Blackout entirely---after all, we don't have solo campaign in Black Ops 4. If anything, a Black Ops 4 War Mode should be included on top of everything else. What a great game that would have been.
FOG: Drops you into a dark and eerie campsite, alongside a fog-shrouded lake, where you fight through twisting caves and seemingly abandoned structures. BAY VIEW, USA: Set on a coastal Californian boardwalk, this run-and-gun map includes a quaint trolley bus and moving platform. CONTAINMENT, MEXICO: This battle along a dry riverbed in a war-torn Mexican village features a bridge with a truck containing leaking, radioactive material. IGNITION, FLORIDA, USA: Drops players into an aging space launch facility with rockets crash-landing into the area of operations near debris fields and exposed fuselages.
Over all I think the company is making a great step BACK To The Future of "Call of Duty" franchise. I would say this game over all is at a 85-90% when it comes to giving us that Even Medium like Black Ops 3 and Black Ops Ghost. I hope they keep studying there success as well as there failures and do something different making the next game like stay with the same company and team that developed BO4 so the next generation is that much more closer to giving us a GREAT game again.

All the hard work you've put into customizing, playing, and prestiging your squad can now be put to use on a brand new playing field.
By the time of the third mission, on September 2, Evans has been transferred to the Special Air Service or SAS. He takes part in a mission to sabotage the Eder Dam, destroying the anti-aircraft guns protecting it. During Operation Chastise the previous May, the No. 617 Squadron RAF destroyed the dam using bouncing bombs, but the Germans had been able to restore it. Following extraction by Price and Sgt. Waters, the fourth mission begins with Evans fighting off pursuing German troops until Waters cuts them off by blowing up a bridge. The fifth mission sees the team arriving at a German airport to complete their escape. Evans uses an anti-air gun to cover Price and Waters from German planes as they procure a Fw.200, using it to fly to safety. In the sixth mission, Evans and Price pose as German naval officers to infiltrate the battleship Tirpitz, disable its defenses, and steal information the RAF needs to attack the ship. Price sacrifices himself to buy time for Evans, who escapes with Waters by boat.
CREATE-A-SOLDIER. In Call of Duty®: Ghosts you don't just create a class, you create a soldier. Choose the head, body type, head-gear and equipment, and you can even create a female soldier for the first time. With over 20,000 possible combinations, you can create the soldier you've always wanted. And each soldier you create will also have his or her own load outs.
Let's say you die two minutes into a match. You then have to exit back to the menu, then go into the loading area, then drop back into the map. You might spend just as much time loading through to the next match as you do playing it, especially if you drop into busy areas. If you manage to stay alive by avoiding combat, or just stay alive until the end of the match, you'll devote 20 to 25 minutes of your time, and chances are you'll still lose in the end.
